about 6:00pm I called both Streets to Homes and Central Intake. When I went to the Bond Street Hotel they gave me the phone number for Streets to Homes and said that they could connect me to a room at the Bond Hotel.
When I called Street to Homes I spoke to a gentleman that would not tell me his name. He referred me to Central Intake to try to obtain a room at the Bond Hotel. I had told him that I had spoken to Central Intake earlier and they were unable to get me a room. It was a difference organization that would assist me with this.
He transferred me to central intake again and told me I would have to go to them. The attendant that answered the phone at central intake was Archana. She told me that it was Streets to Homes that could make the referral and that I should call back Streets to Homes and ask to speak to a supervisor.
When I called back streets to homes the same gentleman answered the phone. I told him what Streets to Homes had told me and he told me that they would never tell me such a thing. So, I asked him for his name again.
He still refused to give it to me. At one point he muttered something. But, when I asked him to repeat it he would not.
I asked him if I could speak to a supervisor and he told me she was busy and that I should call back in a ho half an hour.
I said, that I would.
The room had been booked and reserve through Hotels.com
